Privacy policy
Last updated: 24 September 2026
In short: when you send the “Book a call” form, I use your details only to reply to you and arrange the call. I don't sell them, and this site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Octavian Vasile, trading through Apex Digital Media (Romania). You can reach me at contact@octavianvasile.com.
What I collect
- What you type in the form: name, work email, company website, monthly ad budget range, main interest, and, if you choose to add them, your phone number and message.
- Technical details sent with the form: the page you sent it from, campaign parameters in the link (such as utm_source or gclid), your browser's user agent, and a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to block spam and abuse.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange the call: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and the consent you give by ticking the box (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- To keep the form safe from spam: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who processes it for me
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): the server that hosts this site and stores form submissions.
- Brevo (France): sends me the email notification of your submission.
Both process data within the EU, under data processing agreements. Your data is not transferred outside the EEA and is never sold or shared for advertising.
How long I keep it
Inquiries that don't turn into a collaboration are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, the data becomes part of the client relationship and is kept as long as the law requires.
Cookies
This site currently sets no cookies for analytics or advertising. If that changes, you'll be asked first, and this policy will be updated.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw your consent at any time. Just email contact@octavianvasile.com.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Romania, that is the ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro); you can also contact the authority in the EU country where you live.
