I’m Octavian Vasile. For 9 years I’ve run paid media for ecommerce, lead-gen and B2B companies across the UK, US, EU and beyond. I work hands-on in your accounts every week, backed by our own AI systems that watch them every day.
No obligation. You talk to me, not a sales rep.

The senior who pitched you disappears after the contract is signed. Here’s what usually follows.
Every new person starts from zero, and your account pays for their learning curve.
Your campaigns get a slot in someone’s week, not their attention.
Charts about clicks and impressions. Nothing about what changes next week and why.
The platforms report more revenue than your bank account sees. Nobody can tell you which number is true.
The more you spend, the more they earn, even when spending more is the wrong call.
You find out when results drop, not when the problem starts.
There’s a simpler way: one senior, directly on your account.
Most freelancers do one platform. I run search, social, AI search ads and the tracking underneath them, so they stop fighting over the same sale.
Catch people when they’re already looking. Structure, bidding and feeds built around your margins, not around clicks.
Where I started, 9 years ago. Creative testing, account structure and scaling that holds up after the first good month.
Your offer, inside the conversations where buyers now ask for recommendations. I’m already working with ChatGPT Ads, so you can test the channel early, on a controlled budget.
The instruments everything else depends on. If the platforms can’t see your sales, they can’t find you more of them.
Every month, part of your sales never reaches Google or Meta. The platforms then optimize on an incomplete picture, and so do you.
What I set up, for the technical folks
Recovered data means the algorithms learn from real buyers again, and your decisions rest on real numbers.
Your goals, numbers and current setup. We both decide if it’s a fit.
Day 1I go through your accounts and tracking and show you what’s leaking and what to fix first.
Weeks 1–2Tracking fixed, structure cleaned up, first tests live, with clear goals for each one.
Weeks 2–4I’m in your accounts every week, with alerts every day, plus a monthly review of what we change next.

I’ve worked in social media since 2010, moved into paid social in 2017 and never left performance marketing. Today I run Google Ads, Meta Ads and ChatGPT Ads with the same depth, plus the tracking that ties them together.
Behind the scenes, my wife Anca Vasile keeps operations running. Together we’ve built our own AI-driven systems that watch every account daily and organize every task, so my time goes into decisions, not busywork.
That’s how a team of two gives each client real senior attention every week, and why we choose our clients as carefully as they choose us.
The biggest change for us was Meta. We stopped trying to force every campaign to do everything at once and started testing creative properly. Octavian was very methodical about it, but never overcomplicated things. We finally had a setup where we could see quite quickly what was worth scaling and what wasn’t.

Our main issue wasn’t generating enquiries. It was generating the right enquiries.
Octavian changed the Google Ads structure around specific treatments and search intent, rather than treating every lead the same. The quality improved noticeably, particularly for the higher-value treatments. That mattered much more to us than simply getting a lower cost per lead.

I’m not a tracking person, so most of this used to feel like a black box to me. Octavian found several issues between Shopify, GA4 and the ad platforms that explained why the numbers never quite matched.
After he rebuilt the tracking, our reporting became much more useful. I could finally look at the numbers and trust them enough to make decisions.

He’s one of the few people we’ve worked with who actually looked beyond Ads Manager.
The campaigns were important, obviously, but he was just as interested in what happened after the lead came in. That led us to improve conversion tracking, lead qualification and the way we fed data back into the platforms.
That was probably the most valuable part of the work.

We’d already been spending consistently on Google, but the account had become quite messy over time. Octavian simplified the structure, cut a lot of unnecessary overlap and gave Shopping much more room to work. Within a few weeks, it was much easier for us to understand where the budget was actually going and why.

We discovered that our biggest problem wasn’t advertising. It was measurement.
Some leads were coming through calls, others through forms, and a fair number were being followed up offline. The platforms were only seeing part of the picture.
Octavian connected much more of that journey back into our campaigns. Once we could see which enquiries were actually becoming real opportunities, the way we optimized Google Ads changed completely.

Octavian is very strong technically, which became obvious when we started looking deeper into attribution.
We had campaigns that looked weak inside Meta but were clearly assisting sales elsewhere, and other campaigns that looked good on the surface but weren’t bringing much incremental value. Having someone who understands both media buying and measurement made a big difference.

We had been running Meta Ads for some time, but attribution was always a question mark. A patient might see an Instagram ad, search for us later and then book through the website, so everything looked like Google was responsible for the conversion.
Octavian helped us understand that journey properly and set up the tracking around it. It changed the way we evaluated both channels.

Our Google Ads account is now far less complicated than it used to be — and performs better because of it.
Octavian focused on the searches that actually lead to appointments, cleaned up a lot of wasted traffic and made the reporting much easier for us to follow. Straightforward, sensible work.

My laptop comes with me everywhere, and I’m in the accounts daily, with rare exceptions. Automated alerts tell me the moment spend, conversions or tracking move out of range, so nothing drifts unnoticed.
Compare that with an agency: when the person on your account is out, someone else “covers”, someone who doesn’t know your account and rarely changes anything.
Yes. Strategy, setup and optimization are done by me. Anca, my wife and partner, handles operations in the background, and our own AI systems handle monitoring and routine tasks. No juniors, no outsourcing.
A limited number, and we don’t grow it at the cost of quality. We also choose who we work with. If I can’t give your account proper attention, I’ll tell you on the call.
It depends on the channels and the scope of work, so the fee is agreed on the call, once I understand what you need. It’s a clear monthly fee, not a percentage of your ad spend. Your ad budget is separate and is paid directly to Google, Meta or OpenAI.
ChatGPT now shows ads alongside its answers, in the markets where they’re available. It’s a new channel, which means less competition and more learning. For most businesses I suggest a small, measured test next to Google and Meta, with clear rules for when to scale it or stop.
Always. I work in your accounts with access you grant, and you can remove it at any time. Pixels, tags, audiences and history stay yours.
Tracking fixes and obvious waste usually show up in the first weeks. Structural changes and creative testing need a few weeks of data before they can be judged fairly. I’ll tell you on the call what’s realistic for your account.
